We are inviting men aged 23–40 to apply for assistant worker positions in Dubai. This is a great opportunity to gain stable employment and experience in the construction and technical sector under official UAE labor regulations.
🧱 Position Details
Contract Duration: 2 years
Salary: 1,300 AED (≈ €300/month)
Overtime: Paid according to UAE labor law
Work Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
🛠 ️ Responsibilities
Assist qualified specialists such as bricklayers, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment
Prepare the work area: clean the site, remove debris, level surfaces, and assemble/dismantle temporary structures (formwork, scaffolding)
Mix and pour concrete or mortar, and distribute materials as instructed by the supervisor
Operate basic hand tools and simple power tools under supervision
Maintain order and cleanliness on the site: organize materials and equipment
