Brief job description:
The kitchen assistant performs auxiliary duties: preparing ingredients (washing, cleaning, cutting vegetables and fruits), maintaining the cleanliness of work surfaces, and complying with hygiene and sanitation standards. The work is carried out in a team of professional chefs in the dynamic environment of a restaurant or café. Strict adherence to food safety rules is required.
Main responsibilities:
Preparing ingredients (washing, cleaning, cutting)
Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen surfaces in accordance with internal standards
Complying with sanitary and hygiene standards and safety rules
Working with kitchen equipment under the supervision of the head chef
Requirements for candidates:
Men and women up to 55 years of age
Work experience is desirable but not required
Accuracy, responsibility, basic understanding of culinary processes
Ability to work at a fast pace and in a team
Additional information:
Official 6-month contract with the possibility of extension
